“ In men, a midlife crisis is most commonly triggered by career issues. In women, changing relationships or roles are most often the factor. It may also be due to children leaving the home to live their own lives or the realization that their marriage wasn’t all they had hoped for.”

This may have held true, especially in the twentieth century, but the times they are a-changing. This sounds more like a stereotypical (and largely male) view of midlife crisis. Every one of the issues you identify for women may factor large in male midlife crisis as well.
I suggest for modern women these MAY be factors. It largely depends on the woman and her role. IS she a career woman? Stay at home mom? Does she even have children or a partner?
