I hear your pain. I was locked out for three days. Thursday evening, Friday and all day Saturday. Finally got back in sometime on Sunday.
Unable to clap, publish, read, or get into my account. Tell me that didn’t affect my stats for the month 😃
I sent repeated emails (no answers) and finally, on Monday, I received three replies, one right after the other.
I had to reset some preferences on my profile, but otherwise am okay now.
BUT I LOST THREE DAYS — days I could have been earning. Because either they don’t work on the weekend, or they were too busy to bother with one customer.
If you need documented support, I saved all the emails.
